JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title : L1 Support RPA Consultant
Job Experience : 0-2 years of IT Experience and 1 year of RPA development experience a plus
Location : Hyderabad
Job Type : Permanent
Role and Responsibilities
- Member of the Level1 support team of Modern Robotic Operations Center (mROC) focused on ensuring automations are performing correctly in production.
- Monitor production automation tasks through UiPath orchestrator.
- Provide technical support to remediate basic incidents to support the ongoing operations, availability, and stability of RPA solutions, such as servers, applications, and network.
- Participate in knowledge transfer and Hypercare phase of automation deployments.
- Ability to interact with clients, drive through issues, technical knowledge to stop/start processes, build and follow automation runbooks.
- Ability to work well within a multi-disciplinary team structure, but also independently.
- Complete ticket management with escalation and service level reporting.
- Provide high-quality support for the platform to customers, developers, and prospects across the global team through email, phone interactions, chats, desktop sharing with clients and by using incident tracking system.
- Be engaged in a continuous improvement cycle to recommend additional value driven automation opportunities based on data and observations in the production process.
- Continually evaluate opportunities for improvement in the automation production support process.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 0-2 years of IT experience
- 1 year of RPA development experience a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Willing to participate in a shift pattern/on-call rotation providing covering 24 X 7 IST
- Interested in intelligent automation market and cloud infrastructure technologies
- UiPath Developer’s Certification a plus Agile/DevOps experience
- Production support ticketing process experience (ServiceNow, Zoho, etc.) a plus

What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to design and build automation solutions while leveraging UiPath
- Participate in client design sessions to provide technical direction on design considerations for development, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reusability
- Research and determine the solution and technologies needed to integrate with clients’ enterprise applications
- Create and maintain technical documents and specifications (SDD)
- Involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle from discovery, design, development, user acceptance training, and hypercare
- Transition code to the managed services support team
- Collaborate with internal solutions architects to understand the infrastructure
- Capture and promote internal reusable assets to research and development
- Ability to balance technical skill sets with client relationship management
What You Will Bring:
- 2+ years of software development experience (preferably .Net or Java)
- 1+ year of RPA development experience leveraging UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or other RPA platforms
- 1+ year of experience working with SQL
- Good understanding of CRUD commands for SQL
- UiPath Advanced Developer’s Certification a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or other relevant field of study
- Interested in intelligent automation market and cloud infrastructure technologies
- Ability and eagerness to learn new programs and technologies
- Mentorship mentality and willingness to assist other developers with technical development questions
